To be valid your proxy must be dated and signed by all parties.
Return it to the office either by E-Mail, Fax or Post.
Please note in buildings of greater than 100 lots the form must be received at least 24 hours prior to commencement of the meeting, Where a Lot is owned in a company name, the appropriate Company Nominee form must also bee completed and registered with this office.
